I'm Caitlin — Sports Mindset Coach, Head Coach at my own gym in Melbourne, and a current long-distance triathlete. I’ve spent over a decade as an athlete and working in the sporting industry, helping young athletes understand that mindset isn’t “extra” — it’s often the missing piece.
