Hi, I’m Caitlin Devidas.

 

As a mindset coach, I’ve spent years working in the trenches with dedicated, high-achieving young athletes. And I’ve seen a pattern.


My journey into the world of sports mindset wasn’t just professional; it was personal. Growing up as a competitive athlete myself, I felt that same gap between my potential and my performance. I knew I was capable of more, but my own mind would get in the way. It was only when I discovered the power of neuroscience and mental performance training that everything clicked.
