The E.L.E.V.A.T.E. Method™ — Client Agreement

 

This agreement is entered into between The Sports Mindset (operated by Caitlin Devidas), hereafter referred to as “The Company,” and the purchaser, hereafter referred to as “The Client.”

By ticking the Terms & Conditions box on the checkout page, The Client confirms their full understanding and agreement with the information outlined below.

 

1. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

The Company is committed to providing all clients with a positive and valuable program experience. In turn, The Client agrees to respect the confidential and proprietary nature of the program materials.

  • Company’s Intellectual Property: All materials and information provided to you by The Company, including the 7-module E.L.E.V.A.T.E. Method™ framework, the Brain Truths Neuroscience Session, all worksheets, guided visualisations, and community content (collectively, “Confidential Information”), are the exclusive intellectual property of The Company. The reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of these materials by anyone other than The Company is strictly prohibited.

  • Client Confidentiality: The Company respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal information, business practices, or any proprietary information you may share within the program.

  • Community Confidentiality: The Client agrees that any information shared by other program participants within the community is confidential and must not be shared outside the group.

Violation of these confidentiality and intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination from the program without a refund and may be subject to legal action.

2. Program Inclusions

The inclusions for this online offer are dependent on the tier selected at the time of purchase.

Tier 1: Standard Program

This agreement includes access to:

  • Lifetime access to the complete 7-Module E.L.E.V.A.T.E. Method™ online program.

  • All associated worksheets, reflection tools, and guided visualisations.

  • A complimentary 30-day trial of The MindFit Community.

  • An ongoing 50% lifetime discount on community membership ($12 AUD/month) should you choose to continue after the trial.

Tier 2: Premium Program

This agreement includes access to:

  • All inclusions from the Standard Program.

  • Three (3) private, one-on-one coaching sessions with Caitlin Devidas, to be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the purchase date.

  • Direct email access to Caitlin for questions and support for the duration of the program (defined as three months from the purchase date).

  • A seat in the exclusive live parent-only webinar.

3. Payment Schedule

Payment is to be made as a one-time, upfront fee at the time of purchase.

  • Standard Program Fee: $600 AUD (Early Bird Rate)

  • Premium Program Fee: $1,200 AUD (Early Bird Rate)

These prices are for the limited launch period and are subject to change.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We are confident in the value of this program. If The Client’s athlete actively participates in the program (defined as completing the first two modules and their associated worksheets) and genuinely feels it has not delivered value, The Client may request a refund by contacting us in writing within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Community Membership: The ongoing MindFit Community membership is optional and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

5. Disclaimer

The information and coaching provided in this program are for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. This is the entire agreement between The Client and The Company; it supersedes all other negotiations and discussions prior to the execution of this agreement. No modification to the terms of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
